Managing your titles with a Kinetic Advantage floorplan provides you with 24/7 access to your titles in our Kinetic 360 portal. Previously, dealers had to call in or contact us to inquire about titles. Now, you can log in to view titles and access the information you need, and we’re still available by phone and email during business hours to answer any questions you might have.

Within Kinetic 360, you can also check out a title. We overnight the title to you during the same day or the following business day depending on when the request was received. You’ll receive a return shipping label also, so if things don’t go as planned, you can return the title to us free of charge. Checkout times are 7 days, which gives you time to close the deal and take care of business. Additionally, if you pay off a unit, the title will be shipped to you the same day, or the next business day depending on when the request was received.

Optimizing title management means that electronic titles are also underway! We have started the process of getting approved for Electronic Liens and Titles (ELT) in all US States that offer the program. ELT allows for the electronic exchange of lien and title information with lienholders in place of a paper title. We’re excited to be making this shift because it will speed up title exchanges for our dealers.
