Terms & Conditions
Under this program, Kinetic Advantage will defer curtailment payments for select dealers for $95/deferment. Deferment program only available for curtailment payments. Standard fees and interest will accrue as set out in Dealer’s loan agreement. Total amount deferred may not exceed 1.5% of Dealer’s total line of credit. Required payoff on a unit may not be deferred. Dealers must be in good standing at time of deferment. Kinetic Advantage reserves the right to alter the required deferment fee and maximum deferment percentage at its sole discretion with no notice to Dealers.
