MARTY McFARLAND
CEO
Marty is a serial entrepreneur. Marty’s experience in the auto industry spans multiple avenues including floorplan, auto auctions, auto retail sales direct and indirect auto finance. In addition to founding Kinetic Advantage, his industry experience includes co-founding Dealer Services Corporation (now known as NextGear Capital) and co-founding Auction Broadcasting Company (now part of America’s Auto Auction group).
Marty was most recently CEO of Coastal Credit, LLC, an indirect auto finance company. Previously, Marty was CFO of Byrider and was instrumental in the growth and ultimate Initial Public Offering of Envirotest Systems Corp. Find an opportunity, gather great people and build. BRIAN GEITNER
President & COO
Brian Geitner has recently joined the Kinetic team as the President and COO. Known as a cultural force and a catalyst for growth, Brian brings immediate value to Kinetic with his wealth of experience and passion for the floorplan space.
Brian is a seasoned leader in the automotive finance industry, with a career that spans over three decades.
He was a founding member of AFC, building the first national floorplan company dedicated to independent dealers. Next, leveraging innovative technologies, he played a pivotal role in establishing and building Dealer Services Corporation (DSC).
His expertise and vision led to the successful merger of DSC with Manheim Automotive Financial Services, giving rise to the NextGear Capital platform.
His successful tenure at NextGear paved the way for him to lead Cox Automotive’s Media Solutions group of companies: Autotrader, Kelly Blue Book and Dealer.com. Outside the boardroom, Brian prioritizes health, wellness, family and friends.

CHRIS BRADY
CIO & CCO
Chris Brady is our Chief Information Officer with a combined 17 years of software development specifically focused on commercial and consumer lending and over 10 years in consulting for global enterprises and government agencies. In addition, she was a co-founder of Dealer Services Corporation (now known as NextGear Capital).
Chris is responsible for everything related to information technology – architecture, security and compliance, application development, infrastructure and program management – and has received multiple awards for her work including the CIO Magazine’s CIO 100 Award and IDG’s Top 25 CTO Award. Chris’ real passion is in re-engineering business processes to be more effective and efficient, architecting financial systems and using business intelligence to make the data tell a story. Chris believes in building systems that enable Kinetic employees to offer first class customer service and delight Kinetic auctions and dealers.

JOE KEADLE
SVP of Sales & Marketing
Meet Joe Keadle, the driving force behind the Sales and Marketing initiatives at Kinetic Advantage. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Joe has established himself as an expert in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Joe Keadle has always had a passion for embracing disruptive technology and its potential to reshape the automotive industry. His innovative approach continues to ensure an engaging customer experience while meeting the evolving needs of the automotive industry. Through his leadership, he has ensured uniformity in operating practices, resulting in efficient and streamlined processes. Joe’s commitment to simplified standardization played a pivotal role in enhancing effectiveness and delivering optimal performance across the organization. One of Joe Keadle’s key strengths lies in his ability to build high-performing teams.

JENNIFER DAVIS-FINK
SVP of IT Portfolio Management
Jennifer Davis-Fink is our Senior Vice President of IT Portfolio Management with over 20 years of IT project management experience, specifically focused on software engineering. In addition, Jennifer brings significant experience in the automotive industry. As the Director of IT-Auction Services at ADESA, she was responsible for the applications utilized to run brick-and-mortar auctions across the United States and Canada.
She created and managed the Integration Center of Excellence that provided service-oriented architecture, design, and development for both ADESA and Automotive Finance Corporation (AFC). At DSC/NextGear Capital, Jennifer served as the Director of Project Management, responsible for information technology strategic initiatives and enhancements of the in-house enterprise software.
As the Senior Vice President of IT Portfolio Management at Kinetic, she leads software engineering through innovative strategic and tactical projects, with a focus on delivering a world-class experience for our dealer and auction partners. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

WILL CHANDLER
SVP of Operations
Will Chandler is a skilled sales and operations leader with over more than 15 years of experience in commercial lending. He began his lending career in 2001 and spent 7 years in consumer lending. His work in the automotive industry spans several roles and organizations. He has held positions in account management, has managed high-performing teams of account managers in various parts of the country, and has led numerous organizational strategies in executive capacities to drive growth.

ADAM GALEMA
VP of Finance
Adam is a 19-year industry veteran, spending 12 years in automotive floorplan. He began his floorplan career with Dealer Services Corporation shortly after its launch in 2005 and remained with the company in various financial roles through 2017. While at DSC/NextGear, Adam was tasked with developing its Accounting and FP&A teams to meet the needs of the fast-paced growth company.
Adam will use his vast financial and operational experience to lead the Finance and Human Resources teams at Kinetic Advantage. He believes Kinetic is poised to serve the used car industry in new and innovative ways and is extremely excited to partner with the group of industry veterans at Kinetic Advantage.

CHRISTINA BRUNO
Christina Bruno is the General Counsel for Kinetic Advantage, bringing over nine years of specialized experience in floorplan financing. Christina has been an integral part of Kinetic Advantage since 2021, initially serving as the Vice President of Legal until 2024, before stepping into her current role.
Prior to joining Kinetic Advantage, Christina was an Attorney at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where she honed her expertise in corporate law and financial services. Her career began at Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, where she served as a Deputy Prosecutor followed by the Supervising Bankruptcy Attorney at Doyle Legal Corporation, P.C., managing complex bankruptcy cases and providing strategic legal counsel.
Christina holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington. Christina’s extensive legal background and leadership in the financial sector make her a pivotal asset to Kinetic Advantage, driving legal strategy and ensuring compliance in a dynamic industry.
