Nelson with TX trade services had Great customer service. Communication was on point and he kept me updated when he was on the way to pick up our car donation. He was able to answer our question and after donating our car, we felt great about our choice.

No Auction on Mondays, but people are in and out registering vehicles, picking up/dropping off paperwork etc. BE NICE TO THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE!!! They work Hard to keep things running smooth for their Dealers!!

Fortunate for the men in the service department. Shout out to 3 particular men, and I hope I have their names correct. Bryce, Brett and Andy? I had to do a redemption on my repossessed POS, and all of these men were the most helpful and forever grateful for them..
Olivia is a keeper. She’s been nothing but professional and extremely patient with me and all of my fund questions lol. I wish I had her on my payroll. It’s refreshing to speak to someone that’s competent and speaks clear English.

This place here gave me the upmost respect I had bought a car threw quit playing auto llc which came threw American auto and da car came back stolen yes everyone have mistakes n all but that’s beside the point i didn’t give my money to American auto but they handled it like I did thanks Kyle Tabitha sherry andy and Amanda I really appreciate yall for the big help hope to have my 2014 dodge charger back real soon thanks again yall
Katlin Bosley is a breath of fresh air in the management seat. She goes above and beyond to take care of the dealers. Any problem I’ve had, she’s never hesitated to help solve it. The Environment is great. The Staff is awesome. Sarah rocks. Anna is the bomb diggity. Frank, David and Jim do so much to help outside. America's Auto Auction is the only auction i do business at. !!!

Great dealer auction near Cartersville GA and Lakepoint. Near Red Top Mountain. Even has a hamburger stand, and you can view the auction via large monitors in the main lobby.

The best auction in the Southeast. The service is incredible! The breakfast and lunch from their cafeteria is the best of any auction and most cafeterias I have ever eaten. The auction is clean and has a modern design. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
Decent place, but the auction itself takes 4 to 5 hours. They'll run over 400 cars in ONE lane and it takes up half my day waiting for the couple of cars that I'm interested in. It is, by far, the longest auction I have to sit through weekly. They don't have more cars than the others. Just fewer lanes. As an example, I was interested in bidding on run number A5 today in the A lane. I had to sit through 260 cars labeled as E before I could get to A. It's officially been over 3 hours since the auction started and I'm still waiting on A5. It just doesn't make sense.

I've been coming here for 25 years. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Arbitration/policies are less than good.

The auction is always a pleasure. The ladies are nice and accommodating in the office,as well as, outside in the yard. I really feel the people here go above and beyond to help. I enjoy coming here and very few times have I had a problem.

This is my favorite spot.great deals on Tuesday . average fees, quality cars and they treat you very nice. The front desk is very friendly and nice. They have a great food spot inside that's actually pretty good. Titles come fast and the title department does great. All the ladies in the "if" office are very helpful especially Ms. Rita. She's like the leader of the whole operation and will fix your issues and get you your answers back quickly. Mtm motors will continue to buy cars from "red top"
