ACV is absolutely great! They always do the right thing. I’m actively buying vehicles all the time and while I don’t like to return them, if there’s ever an issue that wasn’t noted on their CR report, they’ve always taken care of it for me. As a dealer, I recently purchased a vehicle from ACV Auction. The car was practically brand new with only 400 miles on it, but it arrived with some small damages (bumper and steering wheel). I filed for arbitration, and ACV handled everything quickly, professionally, and with no hassle. The claim was accepted right away, and compensation was processed very smoothly.
I truly appreciate how efficient and fair this company is. It’s clear that ACV stands behind their dealers and cares about doing business the right way. As a dealer, I’m extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely continue working with them. Highly recommended!

I have been using ACV for the last 7 years and have purchased over 800 vehicles with them. I've found their process and platform to be very user friendly. Their arbitration process is fair and easy. Their team listens to concerns and truly tries to help. They are the most consistent and transparent online source for wholesale inventory I have found.

Hi ACV users. Glad to share my recent experience with the ACV team. Purchased a vehicle and realized it has some issues. Did an independent inspection and send the conclusion over to the arbitration team for a review. After some mail exchanges and phone calls we have found a solution which satisfied both me and ACV. We all make mistakes and it comes down if you stay behind your product or simply ignore and keep doing it wrong. I as a dealer always strive to keep my customers happy and enjoy good running vehicle. Same is ACV. They stand behind their service and do their best to support us. I’m very happy to deal with ACV. Purchased over a hundred vehicles and will continue buying with a confidence knowing that this company is here for me. I am used car dealer in Baltimore Maryland being in business for 15 years. Our relationship with ACV started around 2014-2015 and I can tell that we have done good amount of deals with them for 10 years now. During the last couple of years it is being very difficult to supply inventory. Thanks to my account manager Zachary Pinkney I was able to buy decent amount of cars. Zachary managed to close 99% of the deals that I was the last bidder. Thanks for the great work! Hopefully we will close many more deals in the future!!!

Alexis Parry has been my dealer representative for the past several months, and I can say without hesitation She has by far went over and above what was ever expected from her in anyway as a deal of representative handling my account. We have had several in the past and they’ve all been Great people to deal with that being said none of them has handled our account with the respect and integrity that she has her follow up skills are second to none and in a very fast paced digital market as we are dealing with today that is a necessity I cannot say enough about her. Hopefully, she remains my dealer rep for a long time to come it’s a pleasure doing business with her and she is one of the main reasons I continue to do business with ACV.

ACV is a great place for my dealership to both buy and sell! They have the fastest shipping in the industry. Also they have great people working for them. I’d like to send a special thanks to my rep Alexis Parry. She has only been my rep for a month or two , but has put more work in in that little time than any rep I’ve dealt with before. I'm writing this review to give a shout out to Zachary Pinkney, my account representative for the great service he has provided to me to be a successful car dealer. He helps me so much on closing good deals. Zach is super supportive, professional and genuinely cares about my success and most importantly about my feelings. She is incredibly thorough in her inspections, ensuring every detail is accurately documented. Her knowledge and attention to detail give me complete confidence in the ACV Auction process. Not only is she skilled, but she is also friendly, punctual, and always willing to go the extra mile to provide top-notch service.
