As a partner-focused organization, it is important that our team members remain connected to our purpose, to each other, and to our leaders in order to provide top-notch service to our dealer partners.
After reviewing business results as well as team member and leader engagement feedback – and to further the connection between our business and our team members – Kinetic Advantage announced changes to its work-from-home policy earlier this year.
Those changes will welcome our team members back into the office more frequently and went into effect on June 1, 2023. We value the adjustments our team members have made to improve Kinetic’s productivity and collaboration. To show our team members just how much we appreciate them (it’s a lot!), we planned a week-long celebration, filled with various activities.
From complimentary lunch at a variety of local food trucks, office scavenger hunts, a special ice cream delivery, surprise snacks and desk-drops, and more, there was no shortage of excitement during the week of June 5-9. Team members also had the opportunity to learn more about Kinetic’s wellness program, which included tours of the building’s gym and healthy snacks.
In conjunction with “Welcome Back Week,” Kinetic also rolled out an amended dress code from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During the summer months, corporate team members are permitted to wear shorts to work. The team also had fun dressing up like they were on a Teams call for one of the themed days (pajamas or sweats on the bottom half and business on the top half).
While Welcome Back Week only took place over the course of five days, the sentiment is one that we hope will carry through for the days and months to follow. From encouraging greater collaboration between departments to drive business success, to fostering connections and community amongst our team members to facilitate meaningful work – we continue to strive to provide our team members, our dealer partners, and our communities with support.
