Community is one of our core values at Kinetic, and now that we have entered into 2024, we’d like to celebrate how we have lived out that value in 2023!
This past year, we brought the value of community to life here at Kinetic Advantage serving local communities. From parks to shelters to food banks, our team members gave back to their community, ultimately strengthening our Kinetic Advantage Community.
We believe that there is no better way to unite our team than to serve others.
Let’s Celebrate Our Accomplishments in 2023:
- Kicked-Off our Community Action Resource Group
- Addition of 8 paid Community Service hours given to all team members in 2023 to allow them to serve where they are most passionate
- Spring Community Park Clean-up
- Summer of Service partnered with five auction partners in local communities throughout the US to support local food banks
- We walked Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research
- Veteran’s Food Drive providing Thanksgiving meals to Indianapolis Homeless Veterans
- Emerging Leaders Day of Service at Outreach Youth Homeless Shelter in Indianapolis; raising funds as a group to donate to the shelter and devoting a day to serving there
- Holiday Angel Tree, we provided holiday gifts for local families in need in Westfield, Indiana
- High Fives for a Cause with our partner 15Five donated over $150 to Brain and Mental Health Research with the added bonus of recognizing the great work of our fellow team members
A big thank you to everyone who donated and participated in a Community service project this year! Each team member’s participation brought our value to life!
