I’ve been buying at America’s Auto Auction Atlanta in Cartersville for a while now, and Allie is always a highlight of my visits. She’s friendly, welcoming, and consistently goes out of her way to help. Whether she’s working as a driver or lane chief, she always takes a moment to check in and even offers a bottle of water while I’m previewing cars. She’s a hard worker and truly one of the friendliest faces at the auction. Great customer service every single time!

I have been buying from this auction for the last 20 plus years, at least. Since day 1. I've built many great relationships with staff and other people in the industry here. I've witnessed them going from a brand new auction, to what they are today. It's always been a great auction, but i've never seen it in better shape than it is today! Unlike many of the bigger auctions, they allow you the opportunity to drive and check out the cars before the auction on Friday. There is no excuse for being upset if you buy a car that you didn't check out beforehand. I'm on their property Wednesday and Thursday, driving and previewing inventory, making sure that I know what i'm going to buy on Friday. The GM, Cory, Jim in PSI, Sarah and others at the front desk, Alicia, Olivia, Jerrica, and Jamie in sales, down to the driving staff of Darrell, Allie and others, are just amazing! Shout out to Allie, who is probably one of the most helpful and kindest people out there. If you haven't tried this auction, you're missing out. I depend on this auction for my income. I look forward to every Friday! This place is my home!

The best auction in the Southeast. The service is incredible! The breakfast and lunch from their cafeteria is the best of any auction and most cafeterias I have ever eaten. The auction is clean and has a modern design. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Decent place, but the auction itself takes 4 to 5 hours. They'll run over 400 cars in ONE lane and it takes up half my day waiting for the couple of cars that I'm interested in. It is, by far, the longest auction I have to sit through weekly. They don't have more cars than the others. Just fewer lanes. As an example, I was interested in bidding on run number A5 today in the A lane. I had to sit through 260 cars labeled as E before I could get to A. It's officially been over 3 hours since the auction started and I'm still waiting on A5. It just doesn't make sense.

I have been going here for about 8 months and the staff is AWESOME and THEY'RE VERY HELPFUL plus treats everyone like family.The food is GREAT ALSO.

Have to add a review and I'm just letting everyone know that I work here so I'm very one sided to this place.. The Auction is an amazing place to work at. I work for a company that was contracted by the auction and sense day one I have felt like family. That's what it is here and I know most places say that but for the Auction it is true! I couldn't ask for a better place to work! Oh and yeah there's some cool vehicles that come in so that's a plus ☺️ just remember this is a Dealer only auction

This is my favorite spot.great deals on Tuesday . average fees, quality cars and they treat you very nice. The front desk is very friendly and nice. They have a great food spot inside that's actually pretty good. Titles come fast and the title department does great. All the ladies in the "if" office are very helpful especially Ms. Rita.
