Traditionally
athletic development has relied on strength and endurance
training to
physically prepare the athlete. We at Kinetic Advantage (KA)
believe that this is a BIG
shortcoming. Although they are key components, we believe
that this narrow mindset
overtly limits the athletes potential. In order to completely
develop an athlete to realize their
peak potential, we as athletic development coaches must focus
on all the physical qualities
of; strength, speed, flexibility and endurance while methodically
monitoring recovery levels.
Each of these physical properties will directly impact one
another. We have made it our |

priority to integrate all these qualities in our athletic
development programs. It is the application of this integration
process that gives our athletes the Kinetic Advantage over
their opposition.
