KA is
offering YOU the opportunity to see exactly what we do in the
training arena!
We have a long track speed skater from Seattle, USA now residing
in Langley, Canada flying in to do some consulting with us. He
is an Athletic Development Coach himself, so he keenly agreed
to take part in our very first internship by sharing his consultation
experience with you.
This has never been
offered before and promises to be 2 and half days of intense learning!

That's
right, for the very first time, we will be offering you the opportunity
to sit in on one of Mark Mancino's in depth athletic consultations!
You will have the opportunity to see exactly
what we do with an athlete when first consulting
with them. You will see and take part in the whole process - the
initial interview, consultation, assessment, goal setting, program
design process, even the in gym training sessions!
Mark Mancino has very little information
about this athlete outside of his speed skating events (500 and
1000 metre long track) and the fact that he is getting a late
start in the sport. Outside of these details, he has no idea what
he will face!
This is
what real life coaching is all about...
Here is a brief outline of the seminar format:
Friday evening (approx 4
hours): Mark, the athlete and the group will meet to
go through the initial interview, consultation and information
session. Mark will present his theories and approaches to this
fundamental first step. Open ended discussions are encouraged
throughout this process.
Saturday (approx 8 hours):
Mark will take the athlete through his integrated assessment protocol,
needs analysis and goal setting in the company of the group. This
will involve allot of practical as you will be encouraged to perform
the assessments. The group will then review the findings at the
end of the day and will be given homework to complete for the
following days events.
Sunday (approx 8 hours):
The group will review the assessment results that Coach Mancino
puts together and get a clear idea of the detail that should go
into the summary process. You will work through the theory and
practice of the program designed by Mark to meet the specific
needs of the athlete at the present time. This will be very practical
as you will be out on the gym floor and will be given the opportunity
to coach the athlete through the exercises.
The program will likely be two stages
depending on the circumstances, so it will demonstrate progressions
and some periodization techniques. Time allowing, the group will
gather on the gym floor to discuss and practice exercise progressions
for future programming.
Do not miss the opportunity
to learn the techniques of internationally recognized coach: Mark
Mancino!
what would you expect to pay for an event like this?
$800.00? $1000.00? $1500.00?
NONE
OF THE ABOVE!
Because this is the first time KA will be presenting this incredible
event, it is available to you for a meager- $300.00!
That's right, 2 and 1/2
days of intense learning with one of the world's leading athletic
development coaches for a measly $300.00 CA.
This is very likely the last time we will
offer this event at this incredible rate, so don't miss out!
So what's the catch? The only catch
is that for obvious reasons we will have to keep the numbers down
to ensure an optimal learning environment for the athlete. Therefore
if you are interested in taking part in this incredible opportunity,
we strongly encourage you to e-mail Janice
Ferreira and reserve your spot today!
This event will sell out quickly,
so do not hesitate...

What's more - KA will be running
this event out of the Fitness
Institute; one of the premier clubs in heart of downtown Toronto.
For those of you that are not familiar with FI
- it is a beautiful facility that overlooks the lakefront. It
is bright, spacious and fully equipped - everything we need for
the optimal learning environment!
SPECIAL WARNING:
Anyone that has attended a seminar
with Mark Mancino can attest to the intense presentation format.
The days will be long (likely beyond the above mentioned timeline)
- if you are not prepared to participate and stay actively involved
throughout the duration of the seminar -
this
event is not for you!
